The hotel was lovely, with friendly staff and a stunning building. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and relaxing drinks in the beautiful gardens. The kids loved the spacious room and the atmosphere was perfect for our family stay.
My children wished for some soundproofing to make it quieter for sleeping. It would be great if there were some better noise insulation for families.

The hotel's location shines. right in the heart of town, everything from shops to restaurants is easily within walking distance. Loved the powerful shower. getting the temperature just right felt like a rare treat.
The room felt pretty dated, with decor and fittings reminiscent of the '80s, and the plumbing jangled in ways that weren't exactly soothing. The breakfast setup was chaotic during my stay, especially with a wedding party overwhelming the breakfast area, leaving both the buffet and staff in a scramble. charging £10 for parking felt a bit off given the already steep room rates—I expected a more straightforward value for what I paid.
